1 Introduction

bit939 takes eligibility seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player does not meet these requirements, the account will be suspended pending verification and any winnings generated during that period may be voided. We may request identity documents at any time to confirm eligibility.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on bit939. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts belonging to that individual, with any balances subject to review.

When registering you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, a valid contact number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

bit939 reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any stage. You may be asked to provide copies of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, or proof of your payment method. Accounts may be suspended while verification is being completed. Verified accounts enjoy faster withdrawal processing and higher transaction limits.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Do not create an account on behalf of another person.
• Keep your contact information up to date in your account settings.
• Notify support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on bit939 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and approved mobile wallets. The available deposit methods for your account will be shown clearly in the cashier section after login.

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this happens within a few minutes. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference and the issue will be investigated promptly.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players. Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion has its own specific terms that are displayed on the Promotions page and must be read before opting in.

General rules that apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Wagering requirements must be completed on bonus funds before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements state how many times the bonus amount — or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount — must be staked before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Certain casino games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game type is listed in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If a player attempts to abuse a bonus offer — including through hedging, arbitrage, or coordinated play with other accounts — bit939 reserves the right to remove the bonus, void any winnings derived from it, and suspend the account.
• bit939 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Active players who have already opted into a running promotion will not be disadvantaged by mid-promotion changes.

7 Sports Betting Rules

bit939 offers betting markets across Cricket, Football, Esports, and a range of other sports. The platform places particular emphasis on Cricket — including PSL, T20 Internationals, ODIs, and Test matches — given the centrality of cricket to Pakistani sports culture. Specific rules for each sport and bet type are available within the relevant betting section of the platform.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on bit939:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board, FIFA, or the relevant Esports organiser).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport, which are available in the platform's Help section.
• bit939 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where there is evidence of match fixing or suspicious activity, or where a technical failure has affected the integrity of the market.
• Live betting markets close at the discretion of the platform. Bets placed after a significant event in a live match — such as a wicket or a goal — but before the odds have been updated may be voided.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and vary by market.

For Cricket specifically, overs-based markets (e.g., runs in the next over, fall of next wicket) follow the PSL and ICC playing conditions in force at the time of the match. In the event of a DLS-adjusted result, bets on match outcome markets will be settled on the adjusted result.

8 Casino Games

The bit939 Casino and Live Casino sections offer games including Slots, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and a variety of game-show style titles. All casino games use certified random number generation or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealers operating under monitored conditions. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and table game is available within the individual game's information panel.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by the game engine and are not influenced by bit939 after a game round begins.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical error or connectivity issue, the round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the player.
• Jackpot games are subject to their own specific rules displayed within the game. Jackpot prizes are paid in PKR at the current conversion rate where applicable.
• bit939 reserves the right to remove any game from the platform at any time. Open game sessions will be completed before a game is removed wherever technically possible.

9 Player Conduct

bit939 expects all players to use the platform in good faith. The following conduct is prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and a permanent ban:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to support and will be voided if not reported.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process payments on behalf of third parties.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards support staff or other players in any chat feature.

10 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. bit939 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive a message claiming to be from bit939 and asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.

To keep your account secure, we recommend the following:

• Use a unique password that is not used on any other platform.

• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out fully afterwards.
• Review your account transaction history regularly and report any unfamiliar activity.

bit939 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials, provided we have acted in good faith on instructions that appeared to come from the registered account holder.

14 Changes to These Terms

The updated terms will display the date on which they came into effect.

Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with changes that have been made, you are entitled to close your account and withdraw your available balance before the changes take effect.
